COVID Updates! 5/25/2020

As many know, all short term rentals in California and, for Joshua Tree, San Bernadino county have been shut down since March 14 of this year. As much as it broke our hearts for guests to have to cancel and be turned away during the beautiful Spring season, we are all about the big picture, and staying safe was the first priority.

Steph’s is now ok’d to host guests again, and dates are available starting in the second week of June, 2020! In the commitment to maintaining a safe environment for guests and the wonderful folks who clean and care for the property, we are following CDC guidelines very carefully before and after each guest. We ask that if a potential guest isn’t feeling well, perhaps a delay on a visit is best, as the local health care facilities in Joshua Tree are not set to care for large numbers beyond local residents. This will be an honor system request, and we hope that all those who are considering our place, will take this very seriously. Please feel free to reach out to Steph directly or via the booking sites with any questions or concerns you might have! The high desert is lovely in the summer, with cool nights and daytime temperatures about 15 degrees cooler than what you would find in Palm Springs or the like. Plus, the Central Air Conditioning knows what to do. Hope to see you soon!
